Refund and Returns Policy

You can only return goods within 14 days from the day you receive them. We advise our customers to examine the contents of their delivery as soon as it arrives. Once you are sure the items are damaged or wrongfully shipped, please initiate the return/refund process as soon as you can.

We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zipper, beads, rhinestones and etc. for defects, and we double check the color, size and quantity against the packing list for accuracy, but if you still have found a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours after recieving the parcel.

Complaints from customers who are customers of the buyer, Angi Couture does not accept.

· If you wish to return a damaged item for re-inspection, must be shipped back to our store and received within 14 business days from time the package was delivered. Refunds will not be credited or replacements/ repairs will not be made if we do not receive your return within 14 business days from the day the package was delivered to you, no exceptions.

· Returned item must be in excellent, unworn condition, packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging. When returned for re-inspection, the dress must be in perfect, new, never worn, condition as received at the time of delivery. It must not be damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and be free of offensive odors (i.e. smoke). Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not refund return shipping fees unless the dress is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Items that are made to order, cannot accept returns of goods, unless item is damaged or wrongful shipment of items.

please take images of the original package. This will help us fast-track the processing of your return, partial refund, or full refund.

When you ship your return to us, please ensure that you keep your shipping receipt and tracking information. We are not liable for returned goods that are wrongfully shipped, damaged, or lost during shipping.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect your order and notify you that we have received them. Once your return is processed and approved, we will initiate the refund process via the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you can expect to receive your credit within a few days.
